An unpretentious brick oven neighborhood pizza shop that simply stays in their lane and delivers excellent food. No outrageous prices. Friendly and responsive, they never disappoint.
Odd that they never ask for my name when I'm ordering, they say all I have to do is mention what is in my order. Thanks for respecting my privacy :) -

Absolute best pizza crust in Newton Center! It's paradoxically thin AND doughy, soft Enough to fold in half New York style, but also crisp on the bottom so there's a gentle crunch when you bite. Love it! I had a cheese slice at the end of the night and it tasted so fresh when warmed in the brick oven. Price point was excellent, coming in at $2.75 (compare to Sweet Tomatoes and Whole Foods). And the gentlemen working were very kind even though i was that customer coming in 5 minutes before close hoping for a slice. So excited to find my ideal crust available by the slice at more convenient hours than other pizza places in the village!

First time trying this place. Okay food. Terrible customer service.
Ordered food for pickup and arrived to a rude employee behind the counter. He seemed to be overwhelmed but that doesn't merit being so rude to customers.
Will not be returning.
To those searching for pizza on Yelp and happen to be in this area, avoid this place and take your business to better pizza places and more respectful employees in the area. -

I dont want to even give them one star please explain to me why on earth do you have two different subs in a menu screw it up and then refuse to make a new on you all have the worst attitudes in the world and should not be in customer service that is probley why you all can't get people to work for you either sell the place if you cant handle it

I called in around 7:50pm on a Monday night and it was busy, twice. When I finally reached somebody, he hung up on me when I asked to place an order over the phone. I called in a fourth time and asked whether they had chicken parm, he said no. I asked about eggplant parm and they didn't have that either. He told me they had run out as they only make one batch a day. Understandable. So I walked in to place my order around 8pm. I ordered a meatball and linguini dinner and a large steak bomb to go. It wasn't ready until 8:30pm. I went next door to get a pad Thai at 8:12pm and it was ready before these two orders. I don't think we will be back. The place didn't look clean and the employee was not wearing gloves when handling the dough at the front desk nor when he toasted the sub roll. Who knows how clean their hands are...... no thanks.
